LuAnn De Lesseps, formerly known as The Countess, is a fan favourite from the Real Housewives franchise. She's definitely one of my favourites!
No special custom stuff on this sim aside from the dress, which can easily be found on ModTheSims. You should be scouring that site for good content constantly, anyway. haha
I really wish Sims 3 had an opacity on the age detail, at least. Or two different levels of age detail. I wanted to make her look more realistic for her age, as LuAnn appears very natural in real life.
